Job Description The Commercial Insurance Account Manager – Captive Programs is an experienced insurance professional responsible for servicing and supporting clients participating in group or single-parent captive insurance programs. This role serves as the primary, and/or manager of a team that serves as the primary, day-to-day contact for captive members, coordinating with carriers, TPAs, captive managers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant service delivery. In addition to client and program management responsibilities, this role provides leadership and oversight of the Captive Administration Team, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent execution of all administrative and servicing functions.
