Please note this is a 7-Month Contract Position Reporting to the VP of Legal for North America, our Contract & Proposal Manager (contractor) will lead the coordination of Nearmap's responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), tenders, and customer security and vendor questionnaires across North America, Australia, and New Zealand. You'll act as the project manager for every RFX, pulling together subject matter experts across sales, security, finance, and legal to build accurate, on-time, and on-brand responses. You'll be the go-to person for our RFX process end-to-end, from intake and item assignment through drafting, review, and final submission, and you'll help us continually sharpen our content library and playbooks so future responses get faster and stronger.
