We’re looking for a commercially minded SVP of Legal to lead Nearmap’s global legal function as we scale the business across ANZ, North America, and Europe. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to the executive team and board on the full range of legal risk, from commercial contracting and M&A to governance, compliance, and disputes. You’ll own global commercial contract strategy end to end, negotiating and closing SaaS subscription agreements, enterprise licensing deals, channel and reseller arrangements, and data processing agreements across multiple jurisdictions, while building and leading a high-performing in-house legal team.
