About the Role Engagement Type - Full time, fully remote consultant; ~6 - 24 month engagement Nearmap's Roof & Exterior Measurements (REM) program delivers aerial property measurement outputs - roof geometry, wall dimensions, window/door counts and measurement, and material classification - to insurance carriers, restoration contractors, and estimating platforms. As we scale toward broader carrier and commercial deployment, we are seeking a seasoned industry practitioner to serve as a full-time Subject Matter Expert (SME) Consultant embedded within the REM product team.  This role is a critical bridge between deep industry knowledge and product execution. The SME Consultant will inform us how we define measurement standards, evaluate output quality, shape process flows, and position our capabilities relative to the market.
