For our Winnipeg office This is a hybrid role that requires being in the office at least 3 days a week. As a Senior Coordinator , you will manage inquiries related to claims and group insurance (such as life insurance, health, dental, disability, etc.), including adjacent benefits such as EAP and Telemedicine. Additionally, you will serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day group benefits administration support, database management, assist client teams with new account setup, marketing and implementation of new plans including carrier transfers, and validate invoices following renewals or insurer changes.
