The Client Advocate (CA) – NA Construction serves as the primary point of coordination between the Senior Client Advocate (SCA) and the Associate Client Advocate (ACA), translating client strategy into effective day-to-day execution. The CA delivers consultative risk and insurance advisory to construction clients — general contractors, owners/developers, and subcontractors — grounded in deep construction industry and coverage expertise. On large and complex construction accounts, the CA partners with a Producer and/or Senior Client Advocate, executing the strategy the SCA sets while directing and reviewing the work of the ACA and broader service team. On middle-market or less complex construction accounts where no senior account lead is assigned, the CA independently serves as the primary client relationship lead — owning strategy, service delivery, and outcomes directly.
