The Client Advocate (CA) – NA Construction serves as the primary point of coordination between the Senior Client Advocate (SCA) and the Associate Client Advocate (ACA), translating client strategy into effective day-to-day execution. The CA delivers consultative risk and insurance advisory to construction clients — general contractors, owners/developers, and subcontractors — grounded in deep construction industry and coverage expertise.
