The Client Advocate (CA) – NA Construction serves as the primary point of coordination between the Senior Client Advocate (SCA) and the Associate Client Advocate (ACA), translating client strategy into effective day-to-day execution. The CA delivers consultative risk and insurance advisory to construction clients — general contractors, owners/developers, and subcontractors — grounded in deep construction industry and coverage expertise. On large and complex construction accounts, the CA partners with a Producer and/or Senior Client Advocate, executing the strategy the SCA sets while directing and reviewing the work of the ACA and broader service team. SUMMARY:     Workers Compensation Defense Attorney needed for fully remote in-house litigation position, working under the direction of the General Counsel.  This attorney will work defending litigated Workers’ Compensation claims before the WCAB primarily in and surrounding Los Angeles, CA, and will handle a full caseload from referral through trial and/or arbitration.
