Description Summary: The Branch Business Banking Sales Leader will create, lead, and implement branch small business banking programs across the network.  Executing on small business KPIs and  ownership of the HOBB strategy in partnership with Branch Region Directors.  Serve as the Branch liaison with Business Banking Leadership and accountable for small business production at the network level. Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for the HOBB Program in partnership with Business Banking and Branch leadership to execute on branch business banking  strategy.   Evolve the Business CuRE process and ensure improvement to KPIs to include adoption and effectiveness of Business FHQ.
