Provide leadership and management direction of a claim adjusting team. Claim adjusting teams investigate and maintain property/casualty claims. Determines liability, secures information, reviews coverages, arranges appraisals, and settles claims. May work in the field or central location. Directs conformity with the terms of each policy and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, established standards, and procedures of the company.
