Overview AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., a fast-growing commercial insurance company, has an immediate need for an in-house Paralegal to work in our Florida Staff Counsel office.   This position is hybrid 4 days a week in office out of our FL office.  Responsibilities Research and analyze law sources such as statutes, recorded judicial decision and legal articles to prepare legal documents including; briefs, pleadings, motions and appeals Compile and prepare draft discovery responses.
