The Desktop Support Technician is part of the Teir II team responsible for supporting a multitude of IT related issues that range from desktops, laptops, network, telecom, video conferencing, VoIP, mobility and server or infrastructure problems. Overview AmTrust Financial has an immediate need for a Workers’ Compensation Major Loss Examiner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have jurisdictional expertise in FL and/or GA, with additional preferred jurisdictional knowledge of NC, SC, and TX.   The successful candidate will directly handle complex claims including Workers Compensation related claims. The successful candidate will evaluate coverage issues and risk transfer opportunities as well as ensuring appropriate investigation of the underlying facts and circumstances is carried out, proper experts are retained and utilized where necessary, selection and utilization of counsel is appropriate, and proper negotiation strategy is employed.    This role will require a hybrid work schedule.
