Job Description Job Summary: Advantage Title is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Escrow Officer to support the closing and settlement process for real estate transactions. This role is primarily responsible for preparing accurate settlement statements, verifying payment and wiring information, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure funds are properly disbursed.   The ideal candidate has strong experience preparing and reviewing settlement statements and understands the financial components of real estate closings.
