Description Summary: The Retail Service Operations Team Leader is responsible for the oversight of service and operations for ~10 branches within a defined market area, mentoring a team to execute service and operational objectives within Huntington’s moderate to low-risk appetite. Duties & Responsibilities: Motivates and coaches all branch colleagues in the areas of service and operations onsite at assigned branches.  Promotes Huntington’s Welcome Culture through actions and coaching.
