The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position. Responsibilities: Review and update client information in agency management systems as needed, i.e., phone numbers, email addresses, etc. Review Premium Increase report for PL account managers.  Assign review of policies as needed Send final cancellation letters and/or email when policy cancels for non-payment of premium Process Agency Bill Invoices for the PL team Assist with updating DB escrow billed accounts when checks are made...
