The Call Center Agent is responsible for providing immediate assistance, guiding and assessing customer needs regarding endorsement procedures, policy status, collections, renewals, reinstatements, online billing, claims follow-up, or any other type of assistance offered for our products. This position is part of the Mexico Contact Center team, responsible for assisting our customers before and after a claim occurs. Service hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, in accordance with local regulations and AIG guidelines.
