Position Overview Reporting to the Chief Technical Claim Officer (CTCO), this role is a collaboratory leader of the strategy and resolution of the organization’s most complex, high-exposure claim matters—spanning sophisticated complex  disputes, multi-district litigation, class actions, declaratory judgment actions, and suits against the Company. You will be a visible advisor to senior leadership and a go-to technical resource for the broader claims organization—driving outcomes, and elevating best practices across lines including General Liability, Business Auto, Excess/Umbrella, Inland Marine, and Professional Liability (including Programs and Middle Markets).
