Job Mission :          The primary role of the Associate Account Manager (AAM) is to complete specific tasks on an assigned book of business at the direction of the Client Service team on the book. (AM, SAM, AE, SAM) They must be process focused with an organized approach to a significant volume of transactional work. For the tasks they perform, the AAM is responsible for data integrity in the service system of record. They will be provided growth by being assigned stretch assignments to have some client interaction.  The AAM will work directly with the Client Service team, taking direction primarily from the Sr Account Manager or Account Manager.
