Description Assesses risks and makes recommendations for underwriting decisions with support and guidance from leadership as needed, while developing underwriting skills and building critical internal and external relationships. Responsibilities Focuses on building relationships with key external parties (brokers, agents). Manages portfolio of brokers/agents in parts of GRS where complexity and line size differ little between policies. Develops underwriting skills and builds relationships with internal stakeholders and partners (e.g., UW Support, Claims, Actuarial, Directors of Underwriting in GRS North America, etc.), using understanding of how these teams work together to inform underwriting decisions.
