The Compensation Analyst will ensure employee compensation programs are in alignment with company policies and guidelines, are competitive, and are compliant with regulations . Successful Analysts have strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and are approachable, responsive, results oriented, proactive, and trustworthy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in industry compensation surveys, including job matching within survey databases, and analyze results to ensure internal roles are aligned with appropriate external benchmarks and remain market competitive
Assist in the administration and ongoing maintenance of compensation programs, including base pay structures, salary grades, and job classifications
Review and maintain accurate job descriptions; support job evaluations and assess positions to determine exempt or nonexempt classifications in compliance with applicable regulations
