Our Customer Service Representatives are based in the home office and serve as the first point of contact for our customers and uphold the highest level of service orientation. This includes but not limited to providing customer service support to internal and external customers, initiating new claim set-up and managing claims up to $5,000.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Uphold the highest level of service orientation toward all customers and comply with awesome customer service telephone expectations including “Mountain Standard Time (after regular hours)” coverage. Covering these hours can alter starting the day at 8:30/9:30 AM CST to 5:30/6:30 PM CST depending on Daylight Saving time for AZ
Process initial file set-up of Personal and Commercial Lines and Workers’ Compensation claims
Assign losses to appropriate P&C Claims Associates, make first contact with insureds; create health tickets for WC Claims
Assist in support of claims associates
