This position supports the Claims department by assisting with various aspects of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) process including ordering police reports, processing expense bills, completing social media searches and other various duties as assigned. Throughout the school year, this position is part-time 8 to 24 hours per week based on class schedule and our company’s business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. During the summer and breaks, the position can be 40 hours per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Claims Division in ordering police reports.
Process expense payments
Assist the CSR Team with indexing checks
Upload CDs
Complete Social Media Searches
Other duties/projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
ESSENTIAL:
Pursuing Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills to handle and prioritize multiple responsibilities
