Summary: This position is responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining training programs for both existing and newly hired Claims personnel based on their current job duties and performance expectations. This role provides instruction across general claims processes, systems and application usage, product knowledge and end to end claim adjudication. The Claims Trainer also develops, maintains and updates the centralized claims training documentation library. Training supports claims handled both in the United States and Canada.
