RESPONSIBILITIES: Rate and issue new business policies Process renewals Process policy changes from Agents, Insureds and Underwriters Provide general processing support to Underwriters and Agents Organize and maintain paperless files Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers via phone and e-mail Meet or exceed service standards Maintain positive relationships with associates and agents QUALIFICATIONS ESSENTIAL: High school diploma or GED.
