The Role The AVP – Transportation Broker is a producer role on the Breakwater Markets team, a Cover Whale sister company that specializes in commercial auto and trucking placement through retail agents. This person builds and grows the retail agent channel, including Cover Whale's existing agency partners, drives quoted premiums, and brings deep market knowledge to place each submission with the right market. The AVP reports to the Senior Vice President, works closely with the Executive Vice President, and helps shape the Agency Management System, service standards and renewal process as the team scales.
