We are looking for Claims Assistant to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting the claims auditor by ensuring filings, documentation, and reports are accurately and timely entered into our databases. This is a hybrid position based out of our office in Newtown Square, PA. Your Impact: Assists claimants, providers, and clients with problems or questions regarding their claims and/or policies Ensuring compliance with state laws, company policies, and procedures in all claim-related activities Monitor incoming emails and enter information received in database within 24 hours Enter 50% notices/Trigger Diagnosis Reports and alert nurse on any potentially large claimant based on the guidelines established (diagnosis and/or dollar amount) Enter LCM (Large Case Management) notices and notify the nurse Process claims, checks and SLAM Reports Successful Candidate Will Have: BA/BS degree preferred or high school diploma with six to twelve months...
