Overview AmTrust Financial Services is seeking a Director of Workers’ Compensation Claims to lead a growing team supporting Chicago claim operations. This leader will partner closely with Claims Leadership and Claim Managers (5–8 direct reports) to ensure claims are handled according to AmTrust Best Practices, while driving high performance, mentorship, and staff development.
