Description This position is a hybrid Underwriting Support/Underwriting role which provides operational and underwriting support to the Small-To-Mid Commercial Surety underwriting team.  The role will primarily support the underwriting team with highly responsive service by managing new business submissions, preparing prep guides, entering financial statements and serve as a resource to agents for assistance with bond issuance and billing systems. They will also be responsible for reviewing renewals and endorsement/change requests; and will develop and demonstrate knowledge and skills needed to appropriately evaluate the acceptability of risks and obtain proper approvals.   This is a hybrid position.
