The Casualty Field Business Unit Manager is responsible for planning and managing equitable claim file dispersion throughout territories to ensure effective capacity for staff members. They will be responsible for working directly with House/Staff Counsel. They will also represent the interests of policyholders and NYCM on high visibility/exposure cases for court ordered conferences and trials as required. They are also responsible for identification of needs and communication to other internal, field, and external Claims customers.
