Law Clerk (Hybrid) provides support to Trial Attorneys with the drafting, review and compiling of motions, discovery demands/responses, case pleadings and trial documents. They also perform other administrative duties as requested. Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare draft responses to discovery demands. Conducts legal research necessary to defend and/or prosecute motions. Prepares drafts of legal documents such as motions, including dispositive motions; motions to compel discovery; motions for contempt; motions to strike note of issue. Prepare drafts of motions in limine; jury instructions and other necessary trial documents. Assemble trial exhibits by collecting, organizing, and summarizing information, documents, and reports.
