The Underwriting Assistant Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring underwriting accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company guidelines through comprehensive quality reviews, coaching, and the ongoing development of Assistant Underwriters. This role is instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive onboarding and training programs that promote technical proficiency, operational excellence, and continuous professional development within the underwriting team. Reports To: Underwriter Assistant Supervisor Duties/Responsibilities Quality Assurance Workflow Auditing, conducting monthly reviews of Underwriting Assistant workflows to verify they meet company guidelines Workflow Evaluation, monitoring workflow processes and assessment of improvements.
