The Production Underwriter is a key part of the production underwriting capabilities of AmCom Insurance Services Inc. This position will report to the Program Underwriting Director and job grade will be based on experience and capabilities. The Production underwriter will own the results of their book of business and will engage in activities tied to risk selection and to customer service.   The Production Underwriter role can be filled by individuals with experience as account managers, or underwriters with experience on the carrier, MGA/MGU or agent side.
