Job Description This position will help grow the End User channel for NewLane Finance by targeting existing NewLane end users (and applicants) and offering additional equipment financing solutions to them to expand their relationship with NewLane.  The position will (i) work closely with the Marketing team to help design the end user marketing campaigns, (ii) be responsible for making outbound calls to the end users who were targeted in the marketing campaigns, (iii) be responsible for all in-bound calls that come from end users who wish to pursue additional financing from NewLane, (iv) work closely with the credit team and FC’s to promptly submit all applications received and immediately convey all decisions directly to the end user, (v) work with the end user, the end user’s vendor, and NewLane’s FCs to assure that the documentation and closing process is done quickly and effectively, and (vi) provide ongoing support and exceptional customer service experience to the end...
