Position: Filling Compliance Analyst Department: Regulatory & Government Affairs Reports To: Manager of Regulatory & Government Affairs Position Summary: The purpose of this position is to coordinate and execute the daily operations of programs to manage compliance risk and ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal insurance laws on a corporate and departmental basis. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Perform Office work directly related to management and regulatory compliance operations of the department and employers customers. Exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance. Develop, implement and administer quality management programs to manage compliance risk and ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal insurance laws on a corporate and departmental basis.
