Job Responsibilities and Requirements The Lead Scrum Master serves as a senior Agile delivery leader responsible for coordinating and optimizing delivery across multiple Agile teams. This role facilitates alignment, transparency, and cross-team collaboration through Scrum of Scrums and scaled Agile practices, while leveraging Azure DevOps to support backlog management, reporting, workflow visibility, and delivery accountability.
