  The Role As a Compliance Consultant – Director, you will lead complex Health & Benefits compliance engagements while serving as a trusted advisor to large, sophisticated employers. You will provide strategic interpretation of federal and state regulations and translate evolving compliance requirements into practical, client-ready solutions.
