This role supports the achievement of short- and long-term business strategies by driving profitable growth through sound underwriting practices and effective agency marketing within an assigned territory. Partnering closely with Business Development, the Executive Underwriter develops and strengthens agency relationships while applying advanced technical underwriting expertise to complex commercial risks. This position also serves as a mentor and technical resource, providing training, coaching, and development to Underwriters and Senior Underwriters to support team performance and underwriting excellence.   Job Responsibilities: Analyzes all lines accounts to make sound decisions based on individual risk characteristics, exposure analysis, hazard recognition and controls.
