Position Summary The Associate Underwriter supports Wholesale Commercial Lines Underwriters by managing the renewal and policy lifecycle for a small business wholesale book of business. This role is execution‑focused and responsible for high‑volume renewals, submission review, policy processing, and coordination with internal and external partners including brokers and carriers. This position is ideal for candidates with prior experience as an Associate Underwriter, Underwriting Assistant, Commercial Lines CSR, or Account Manager within a wholesale, MGA/MGU, E&S, or commercial carrier‑aligned environment either on the wholesale or retail side. Office Location: Initial training will be 5 days per week in our Phoenix office with a hybrid schedule offered post training once fully engrained in the role.
