In practice, the core activities of the job include:
Billing and administrative functions of Active, Retiree and COBRA benefits plans
Process enrollments, update carriers, handle status changes, and process documentation of insurability and carrier follow-ups
Analyze, interpret, and troubleshoot data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Strengths and skills necessary for success in the role:
Previous experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook will be helpful
