Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop, implement and manage client Service Plans with Producer and Account Management team. Meet with clients on a regular basis as determined by the client service plan. Cross-sell existing business in personal book and co-produced accounts responsible to retain. Assist with necessary marketing for preparation of bid specifications and new sales process. Assist with marketing on top accounts to verify bids meet the specifications. Assist Producer and Account Manager in pre-renewal meetings as set in the workflow procedures and accounts defined by the agency. Prepare Stewardship Report prior to pre-renewal/proposal meetings.
