Account Managers are primarily responsible for servicing policies (new and renewal) for commercial customers of Cross Insurance, while creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, underwriters and other professionals.  Duties of an Account Manager include, but are not limited to: Understand the daily business operations and basic exposures of our customers. Adhere to the Cross Procedure Manual as well as the CL WORKFLOW Manual and Timelines Respond to customer inquiries including coverage questions, requests for documentation with direction of the Account Executive/Producer Follow-up with underwriters for the timely receipt of quotes.   Respond to requests from underwriters.
