The State Manager is responsible for developing and executing the business strategy for the assigned state(s) within the Personal Lines Product Department. This role manages growth, retention and profitability and is responsible for planning, forecasting, pricing, product development, regulatory filing strategy, and financial performance of assigned personal lines products and states.
