Revenue Process Design & Optimization Own the end-to-end mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement of core revenue processes including lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and quote-to-cash workflows. Identify process breakdowns, exception patterns, and compliance gaps through data analysis and stakeholder interviews; design targeted remediation plans. Develop and maintain standardized process frameworks, playbooks, and operating procedures that scale across Sales, BDR, Customer Success, and Renewals teams. Lead structured process reviews on a recurring cadence, synthesizing field feedback and system data to surface improvement opportunities. Partner with the Commercial Systems team to ensure Salesforce configurations align with and reinforce documented process standards.
