Position Summary: The primary function of the Data Support Specialist is to support the Account Services team with data-driven audit, processing, and platform maintenance work, with a primary focus on document uploads and other website updates in the BSC platform. This role assists with pulling and processing audits throughout the year, direct carrier entry (DCE) processing, and invoice audits for specific carriers. A self-starter who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently across multiple data systems and spreadsheets to keep client and carrier data accurate and current.
