Issue within 24 hours of request, unless carrier approval required.  Order Loss Runs for upcoming renewals per the Account Managers requests. Prepare exposure summaries when requested.  Issue Change Requests and Auto ID Cards using carrier website when applicable  Bill and process endorsements within 5 days of receipt from Account Manager.
