GENERAL DESCRIPTION (Summary, Scope, Purpose) This role requires an individual who is passionate in team management. The Insurance Tracking Manager will be responsible for overseeing a group of team members within the Tracking Department to ensure tasks are being completed accurately and diligently, as assigned. Duties can include conducting employee side by sides or 1-1's to provide constructive support to lead and mentor each team member, managing employee time off and completing weekly timecard submissions. The ideal candidate will educate their team on areas of growth and provide the appropriate support to help guide them in their career.
