Objective:
The primary function of a Personal Lines Assistant is to assist Account Managers and Producers in clerical functions related to account servicing. With direction from an Account Manager and/or Producer, these administrative functions include working with insurance carriers to process endorsements, retrieve policy coverage information, and other related servicing requests. Daily job functions will also include special projects from Account Managers and/or Producers as they arise.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Processing Evidences & Certificates of Insurance.
Claim Reporting and/or Follow-up.
NOC Processing – Non-Renewals/Non-Pay.
Endorsement Processing.
Invoicing – as assigned.
Billing Questions.
Obtain MVR/CLUE Reports.
Attaching Correspondence in EPIC (Agency Management System).
Back-up for Personal Lines Assistant/CSR.
Manual Renewal Processing.
LPR Processing.
Pulling Policies & Auto ID Cards....
