This is a remote position based in the Sacramento or East Bay California with weekly field travel. Leads the development and management of strategic relationships with insurance agencies to drive profitable new business growth and ensure strong retention of existing accounts within an assigned territory. Evaluates, analyzes, and underwrites complex workers’ compensation risks—ranging from $75,000 to $500,000 in premium—exercising sound judgment within established authority levels.
