WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies, Workers Compensation Division, has an immediate need for a Contribution Specialist in our San Diego, CA location. This individual will manage a limited caseload of Contribution claims files and assist with special projects for the team as needed.   ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Manages a limited caseload of Contribution Consultation files (co-defendant seeking contribution from BHHC).  Analyzes coverage and cumulative trauma injury periods, medical evidence, co-defendant demands and payment records to identify and make recommendations on contribution and reimbursement to co-defendant based on the Labor Code, case law, and facts of the case.   Accurately completes and updates the Contribution Logs and Module, maintains active Diary and Notepad documentation until contribution issues have been resolved.
