The Property Broker is responsible for day-to-day placement and broking responsibilities for North American accounts, developing business relationships with markets, and negotiating with underwriters regarding coverage terms, conditions and pricing on new and existing programs; evaluating quotes, preparation of marketing reports, managing pro-forma analysis information and distribution; assisting regional teams with RFP and new business proposal development. This includes client relationship and strategy at the insurance program level in conjunction with a Producer or Client Advocate, to meet the client’s insurance and risk management needs.
